From the moment a property is listed to the moment everyone has been paid, nothing depends on what somebody remembers.
An agent posts the property once — photos, price, district, and the title deed if there is one. It appears in your office, at HQ, and in the Jaalle Super App where buyers already are.
A buyer picks a time and pays the viewing fee by EVC Plus before the appointment is confirmed. The money is recognised against your office and the driver is assigned. If payment does not settle, nothing is committed.
For a sale, the buyer's funds go into escrow rather than into someone's hand. They are released only when both sides have confirmed and every condition on the agreement has been met.
The agent commission, the office share and the HQ percentage are computed and posted the moment the deal closes. Payroll pays salaries and commissions to EVC or ZAAD on schedule.
Every one of those movements is a balanced double-entry journal. A journal that does not balance cannot post — the database refuses it. Month-end is a report you read, not a reconciliation you fight.
